## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or GTM operations, with demonstrated ownership of insight products consumed by senior leadership
- Hands-on experience building or architecting AI agents or Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems in a business context, from identifying the use case through deployment and iteration
- A working understanding of Python, data analytics, data feeds, data structures, and data warehouse architecture
- Experience designing or evolving GTM systems across Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data enrichment, revenue intelligence, workflow automation, and related data infrastructure
- Experience translating data into decisions, with a track record of building systems or insight products that changed how leaders and teams operate
- Experience setting technical standards for how AI agents and intelligence capabilities are architected, built, deployed, and maintained
