## What they're looking for

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. MBA, CPA or CFA preferred, not required
- Strong business acumen with expertise in corporate FP&A for high-growth SaaS, spanning three-statement forecasting, unit economics and gross margin analysis, R&D investment planning, and cloud cost structures
- IPO or public-company experience: Direct involvement in an IPO process or operating inside a recently public company, including S-1 support, guidance setting, or the quarterly external reporting cycle
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans that drive measurable results
- Solid experience in operational excellence, including process improvements, system optimization, and performance metric management
