## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role, with experience translating capability needs into practical learning solutions
- Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on behavior change rather than one-time knowledge transfer
- Ability to identify patterns across stakeholder needs and create reusable frameworks, content, and learning experiences that can scale across teams
- Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions, along with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business impact
- Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), Design Thinking, backward design, or comparable approaches
- Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions and manage multiple priorities
