## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing, in B2B tech, cybersecurity, AI, or developer-focused experience strongly preferred
- Strategic storytelling and writing skills: Develops communications strategies tied to business priorities and translates complex topics into clear, credible content for technical and business audiences
- Cross-functional collaboration: Works effectively with marketing, product, engineering, security, legal, sales, executive teams, and external agency partners to align messaging and deliver integrated programs
- Ownership, adaptability, and prioritization: Drives work forward without waiting for perfect clarity, brings structure to ambiguity, and balances planned work with rapid-response needs. Makes sound decisions, communicates tradeoffs, and follows through
- AI-forward judgment: Uses AI to work faster without outsourcing strategic thinking or editorial judgment. Knows what to hand off, what to own, and how to recognize when AI-generated work needs refinement
