## What they're looking for

- Significant professional software development experience, with a track record of independently owning and delivering medium-to-large technical projects end to end
- Advanced, hands-on command of a modern development toolchain (Git, IDEs, terminal, debugging and testing tools) and the languages relevant to the team's work, comfortable reading, writing, and reviewing others' code
