## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading broad product areas or platforms in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
- 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers, experience managing Designers is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps, releases, launches, and cross-functional delivery from strategy through execution
- Strong product judgment and experience working directly with enterprise customers, technical buyers, security teams, and executive stakeholders
- A strong technical orientation, with the ability to partner deeply with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, dependencies, and tradeoffs
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, Identity and Access Management (IAM), privileged access management, DevOps, or another complex technical domain
