## What they're looking for

- • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), endpoint, or access-control products
- • A track record of defining and delivering roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives in a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- • Experience contributing to product vision and strategy across multiple engineering teams or product areas
- • Strong written communication skills, with experience creating PRDs, PR/FAQs, and other artifacts that align teams and support decision-making
- • Experience defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), success metrics, and measurement frameworks connected to business outcomes
- • The ability to communicate complex security and product concepts clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior customer stakeholders
