## What they're looking for

- Required: 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant, ideally in a SaaS or Business-to-Business (B2B) security environment
- Required: Experience leading technical onboarding and implementation conversations with technical and business stakeholders across complex customer environments
- Required: Strong communication, storytelling, and demonstration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Required: Experience with SaaS products, cloud infrastructure, scripting or software development, DevOps practices, and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and command-line interfaces
- Required: Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment, mentor peers, improve team practices, and collaborate effectively across functions
- Preferred: Experience with 1Password or other password managers, SaaS lifecycle management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), device posture tools, and advising customers on evolving artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
