## What they're looking for

- Visual Storytelling & Editorial: Design narrative-driven editorial experiences, social content, email campaigns, and content-rich site pages that showcase our extraordinary inventory and seller community
- Campaign & Brand Execution: Own the end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, paid media, promotional initiatives, motion/video assets, and occasional print collateral (catalogs, direct mail, event assets)
- Site & Digital Integration: Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to contribute to digital site design initiatives, ensuring a seamless, on-brand journey from campaign touchpoint to platform
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across Editorial, Merchandising, Product, and Growth teams, acting as a strong advocate for design rationale that supports overarching business goals
- Design Systems & Quality: Elevate team standards through constructive feedback, system-level thinking, and the thoughtful application of design best practices
