## About the role

StealthCo is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to build the platform from the ground up. As one of the first executive hires, you'll help turn strategy into execution by leading post-acquisition integrations, building scalable processes, establishing operating rhythms, and creating the visibility needed to make fast, informed decisions. You'll work across every part of the business, helping build the operational foundation that allows the platform to scale.

- You are a flexible executive who can navigate ambiguous, unstructured environments and can build processes from scratch
- You are a prompt and clear communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- You can demonstrate measurable skills across financial modeling and analysis. This is a math-heavy role, and you have to be comfortable working from and building models
