## About the role

StealthCo is seeking a Controller to serve as the organization's senior finance leader during its early growth phase. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for building the company’s finance and accounting infrastructure from the ground up while supporting rapid operational expansion. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA strongly preferred
- 6-10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership role
- Prior experience in insurance and/or roll-up model. Experience within title insurance is a plus
- Strong technical accounting expertise, including revenue recognition, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience building accounting infrastructure or financial processes in a scaling organization
- Experience managing multiple, distinct entities within a larger financial organization
