## About the role

Opportunities Fund: coordinate between LPs and fund admin to ensure smooth onboarding. Lead logistics and material creation for the Annual LP Meeting and other major investor events.

## What they're looking for

- 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, or fund operations, with increasing scope and ownership
- Advanced CRM expertise, including system optimization, workflow creation, and data governance, Dynamo experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of fundraising strategy, LP engagement, due diligence processes, and investor onboarding frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Legal, Operations, and external partners
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with the ability to build scalable processes and manage competing priorities
- Sophisticated communication skills—capable of delivering clear, compelling materials and presenting effectively to internal leadership and external LPs
