## About the role

As our Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be an experienced individual contributor responsible for driving performance across our paid digital channels, including SEM, display, and social advertising, and ensuring spend is directed where it will have the greatest impact.

## What they're looking for

- Typically 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a master's degree
- Hands-on experience managing SEM, display, and social advertising campaigns, ideally in partnership with an external agency
- Experience measuring and reporting on full-funnel performance, connecting top-of-funnel digital activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience applying an account tiering or ABM approach to digital spend, adjusting targeting and budget based on account prioritization
- A track record of building and running experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement in paid digital performance
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS marketing technology ecosystem, including ad platforms, analytics tools, and ABM/intent data providers
