## About the role

As RVP, Enterprise Sales for the West, you'll lead and scale our enterprise sales team across the region. You'll drive revenue growth, coach a team of Account Executives, and build a culture of accountability and execution. We're looking for someone with a strong track record in enterprise sales leadership, experience managing distributed teams, and the ability to move fast in a high-growth environment. - 5+ years of enterprise sales management experience in the cybersecurity space
- Experience leading and scaling teams of 8+ quota-carrying enterprise sellers
- A track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise or strategic sales

- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
