## About the role

As 7AI takes on more of the SOC's non-human work, the systems underneath have to scale with it, or the platform becomes the bottleneck instead of the fix. You'll join our core R&D team as a Senior Software Architect, helping define and evolve the technical foundation of our platform as we scale. You'll work across engineering, product, and AI teams, designing systems that are reliable, scalable, and ready to use new AI tooling.

## What they're looking for

- 20+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in system design and architecture
- A track record of designing and evolving distributed, scalable systems
- Broad AWS cloud architecture experience, including designing and building complex data plane and control plane systems
- Comfortable going deep technically while influencing broadly across teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
