## About the role

Security teams don't just need an AI agent that works in theory. They need software that fits how they actually operate, and someone has to sit close enough to customers to know the difference. You'll join our core team as a product-minded engineer, owning work across the stack: backend systems day to day, and frontend when the product needs it. This isn't a conventional backend or full-stack role.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, with strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with cloud design and implementation, AWS preferred
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar modern server-side languages, Python is a plus
- Fluent with AI coding tools such as Claude or Cursor
- Strong product instinct: you think about why something is being built, not just how, and you're comfortable talking directly with customers
- Experience in, or strong curiosity about, the security domain, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, MDR, or incident response workflows
