As our hiring engine continues to scale, we want every candidate to get the experience top talent expects: thoughtful, responsive and well run from first interview to offer. ## What they're looking for

- Onsite Interviews: Run onsite interviews start to finish: prep the day, greet candidates, and lead tours of our offices and lots
- Candidate Experience: Find where the process feels slow or confusing, and fix it
- Surveys and Feedback: Run candidate experience surveys, track results, and turn feedback into changes
- Candidate Communication: Keep candidates updated at every stage so no one goes more than a week without hearing from us
- Onboarding Experience: Partner with the Broader HR team & Office Manager on onboarding initiatives so new hires have a great experience from offer to day one
- 2+ years as a recruiting coordinator in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (required)
