## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to serve as our payroll and benefits subject matter expert within our growing People Operations team. This role owns complex payroll operations and benefits administration end-to-end for a dynamic, high-volume frontline workforce, operating with significant autonomy and minimal oversight.

## What they're looking for

- 4-6+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of payroll processing and benefits administration
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred, equivalent experience considered
- Proven ability to independently lead complex payroll/benefits projects and audits, and to share payroll/benefits expertise with peers across the People Operations team
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and comfort handling highly sensitive employee data
- A low-ego, service-oriented mindset with the agility to pivot between high-level payroll strategy and routine HR administrative tasks
- Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization
