## About the role

Join our Field Operations team in Austin as we support the manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and operation of all Aalo projects. Over a 12 ‑ to 16 ‑ week term you will work with multiple other teams to support the upcoming Aalo-0 and Aalo-X projects while gaining daily mentorship on the shop ‑ floor as well as field operations experience.

## What they're looking for

- Growth mindset and positive attitude
- Completed Bachelors in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering (or closely related field)
- Air travel compliant form of ID and valid Driver's License
- Physically fit for duty – capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods of time while wearing PPE
- Able to work full‑time, on‑site in Austin TX, for at least 12 consecutive weeks
- Able to Travel (at Aalo’s expense) to out of state locations in the continental U.S. for up to two weeks at a time
