## About the role

As a Field Operations Specialist, you will serve as the primary coordinator for the Field Operations Department and support the Field Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of departmental activities. You will provide the administrative, technical, and operational backbone that keeps projects, personnel, training, and field activities coordinated — while maintaining clear communication across engineering, licensing, operations, and testing organizations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, science, business, or operations-related field, OR equivalent hands-on operations, coordination, or program-support experience
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams
- Ability to track and manage certifications, qualifications, records, and training compliance
- Strong ownership mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-iterating environment
- Air-travel-compliant form of ID and a valid Driver's License
- Comfortable working in office, factory-floor, and field environments alongside engineers, technicians, and operators
