## About the role

This is a multifaceted training role designed to provide instructional support through training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure Aalo Atomics personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform their assigned tasks. You will ensure training activities are in compliance with company procedures and all applicable DOE, NRC, State, and Federal regulations.

## What they're looking for

- High School Diploma
- Instructors must have demonstrated knowledge of instructional techniques through training or experience and be qualified by the training manager (or equivalent) for the material being presented
- Ability to work onsite in Idaho Falls, Austin, and INL
- 10+ years training/nuclear experience
- Baccalaureate degree in Training and Development, BIT, or equivalent experience in adult learning
- Based in the United States
