## About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and systems-oriented Product Designer to join our in-house design team. You will report to the Head of Product and play a foundational role in shaping how care is delivered, managed, and experienced across our platform.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of professional experience as a product designer
- Strong experience designing systems, workflows, and information architecture
- Experience designing for multi-role, permissioned products
- Experience across web and mobile
- Comfort owning the full design process, including user research, synthesis, and iteration
- Experience working in healthcare or other regulated, high-stakes industries is preferred
