## About the role

We're seeking a Designer to join Abnormal AI's Creative Services team. As a member of the in-house studio, you'll play a key role in bringing our visual identity to life across a wide range of touchpoints, including campaigns and digital surfaces to social, events, and brand content.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of relevant design experience, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency backgrounds
- A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across digital, brand, and campaign work, with clear evidence of web capability
- Comfortable executing across a wide variety of asset types and moving fluidly between campaign, digital, brand, and web work
- Web fluency: not necessarily a UI/UX specialist, but comfortable with web-forward creative execution and able to show strong web work in your portfolio
- Actively uses AI tools as part of your creative practice, spanning ideation, production, and workflow. You bring genuine curiosity and a point of view on how AI can make your work better and faster
- Strong foundational design skills: typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling
