## About the role

As a Staff IT Engineer, you will be a technical leader responsible for driving efficiency and scale across the entire corporate IT infrastructure and enterprise ecosystem. You will design, build, and maintain mission-critical automation solutions that eliminate manual processes, enhance security posture, and improve the employee experience globally.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 10+ years in IT Engineering, IT Apps Development, or DevOps, with at least 5 years dedicated to large-scale enterprise automation
- Cloud & Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience automating complex operations and governance across GCP, AWS, and/or Azure. You will bring an ability to build and modularize infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (i.e. Terraform)
- Programming Proficiency: Highly proficient in at least one modern programming language, strong preference for Python
- Systems Integration: Proven experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and querying and managing relational databases (SQL strongly preferred)
- Automation Platforms: Extensive experience designing and managing centralized automation platforms (e.g., n8n, SOAR, Ansible, Workato, or custom frameworks)
- Compliance Context: Experience operating in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or similar) with exposure to SOC 2, HIPAA, or equivalent compliance frameworks
