## What they're looking for

- Build deep expertise in the AbsenceSoft platform, serving as the team's go-to resource on what's changing and why it matters for training
- Partner with the product team to gain early visibility into upcoming releases, updating training content before or as those releases launch
- Collaborate with the compliance team to translate regulatory updates into accurate content, with final review from the Director, and maintain clear records of what's changed and why
- Use course data to identify what's working and where content needs a refresh
- Uphold organizational security and compliance controls within the scope of this role
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
