## About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing, the Senior Manager, HCP Marketing – Health Systems & Long-Term Care drives a One Acadia approach to executing Nuplazid’s HCP marketing plan across two priority channels: Health Systems and Long-Term Care (LTC).

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, life sciences, business administration, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree a plus
- A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing (Senior Manager level), 5+ years may be considered at the Manager level
- Prior HCP marketing experience is required (e.g., promotional/NPP materials, CRM, field tools, congress support)
- Experience supporting Health Systems / account-based marketing (IDNs, COEs, hospitals) and/or Long-Term Care (SNF/ALF) channels strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate RWE, HEOR, and HCRU data into compelling value and access materials
- Demonstrated knowledge of brand management, field execution, and healthcare marketing metrics
