We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient management of our operational workflows — from onboarding and contract management to bordereaux processing and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is data-driven, and brings a passion for process improvement and collaboration across teams.

- Manage operational workflows across onboarding, policy administration, and bordereaux lifecycle stages to ensure data completeness, timeliness, and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Underwriting, Compliance, Finance) to maintain integrity across systems and processes
- Support the centralization of master/reference data , ensuring consistent and auditable records across all operational systems
- Monitor and report KPIs such as submission cycle time, processing duration, and SLA adherence
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual touchpoints, and enhance the member experience
- Partner with internal teams to define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
