## About the role

Accial Capital is looking to hire a VP of Investments. The position is a great opportunity for a mid-senior professional to advance their career at the intersection of fintech, private credit, technology, and impact investing at an entrepreneurial fast-growing asset management firm. The VP will be instrumental in expanding deal origination and performing due diligence on Accial’s investment opportunities in Asia. The candidate is expected to significantly contribute to strengthening Accial’s impact framework.

- Impact: Execute Accial’s impact framework in due diligence and monitoring of investments. Help further develop impact-linked incentives to encourage companies to deepen their impact on gender, climate, and governance
- Portfolio management: Assist risk team with ongoing portfolio management as needed
- Train and upskill: Constantly refine and improve the Accial approach to private debt and impact. Coach team members
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel for origination, due diligence and team gatherings up to ~20% of the time
- Cultural Fit: Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a fast-paced environment
