## About the role

Act as event-day guest support, register guests, operate the lobby reception desk, and provide guests with information, resources, and amenities as needed. Assist with event preparation, including building and storing gift bags for workshop attendees, preparing signage, printing attendee badges, and other printed materials.

- Degree or 3–5 years of experience in Event Coordination, Operations, or Hospitality
