## About the role

Own the creative direction of YouTube packaging (titles and thumbnails) across all ACQ brands, partnering with Creative Producers and Design to translate each brief into the final thumbnail. Run the full upload operation end to end across all channels, including scheduling, tags, chapters, end screens, and a final QC check, so no video goes live without passing a complete checklist.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years managing, growing, or optimizing a high-volume YouTube channel
- Deep command of YouTube's packaging ecosystem: thumbnails, titles, CTR mechanics, retention patterns, and algorithm behavior
- Strong analytical fundamentals, comfortable drawing decisions from data, with demonstrated A/B testing experience for YouTube content
- Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, reporting, or workflow automation, or a clear drive to build with them
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent) and G-Suite, plus strong written communication for titles, descriptions, and internal reports
- Able to operate fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV
