- 2–3 years in a community lead role, with a track record of engaging technical users
- Strong operations instincts - you've built scalable processes from scratch and driven cross-functional initiatives to completion
- Strong written communication and experience engaging with communities over socials (Discord, X)
- Proven experience organizing developer events end-to-end, from small meetups to large-scale hackathons
