## About the role

We are currently seeking a Director of Engineering for our Institutions Engineering Team. You will assume engineering leadership over our investor solutions and research product suite and take ownership of technology delivery across our Institutional segment and sophisticated investor product offerings.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of engineering leadership experience with a track record of managing managers, architects, and software engineers
- 5+ years in Asset Management / Institutional Investing technology, including financial risk frameworks
- Proven experience delivering enterprise software platforms with stringent security, regulatory, and uptime requirements
- Deep familiarity with modern cloud architecture, microservices, API design, data pipelines, and enterprise security frameworks
