## About the role

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and strategic Ecosystem Marketing Manager to join our marketing team! This role is responsible for driving the growth and success of partnerships at Addepar through data-driven marketing strategies and cross-functional efforts. As the owner of the partner marketing motion, you will build, scale, and manage our partner marketing ecosystem across all verticals and geographies from its early stages.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry
- Proven experience leading and driving partnership marketing programs
- Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal connections with partners and internal collaborators
- Creative problem solver with a strategic perspective and a data-driven approach
