## About the role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Client Experience Frameworks group. Our team owns the UI platform that every product engineer at Addepar builds with - a design system and component library that must work equally well across multiple frameworks and serve a global product used by thousands of investment professionals.

## What they're looking for

- You have a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a similar technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a professional software engineer (internships count)
- You have solid TypeScript or JavaScript fundamentals and a desire to deepen your expertise
- You have experience with at least one modern UI framework (React, Vue, Svelte, Angular, Ember, or similar) and curiosity about how they work under the hood
- You have some familiarity with web standards: how the DOM works, browser APIs, and how components render and update
- You have exposure to build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar) — you don't need to be an expert, but you're not afraid of configuration
