## About the role

We are currently seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java and distributed systems to lead technical initiatives within our Order Management System (OMS) team in Trading!

- Data & Messaging: Architect enterprise-grade, event-driven systems and scalable data solutions on AWS using Kafka
- Integrations: Scale inbound/outbound connectivity across FIX, REST, and File-based interfaces for highly performant data exchange
- Engineering Excellence: Shape the engineering culture by mentoring teams, elevating Agile SDLC standards
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable technical roadmaps
- Education: B.S., or M.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field of study (or equivalent practical experience)
