Seeking a Legal Counsel who is sharp, savvy, and prepared to excel in our dynamic team. We are looking for a Commercial/IT/IP lawyer with 6+ years of PQE, dedicated to making a meaningful difference, and prepared to take on a pivotal position in our operations within the Northern Region (UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa).

## What they're looking for

- Qualified Lawyer: You’ve trained and qualified with a reputable law firm or an in-house department of a comparable company, with at least 6 years PQE
- Commercial/IT/IP Experience: You possess a demonstrated history in these domains, and you grasp the complexities of software, technology, and data protection concerns
- Business and Risk Savvy: You see the bigger picture and understand how legal matters fit into business objectives, assess, and manage risks across multiple matters at once
- Communication Ace: Your drafting and technical skills are outstanding, and you can translate complex legalese into everyday plain language
- Languages: Fluent in English, proficiency in a European language or Arabic would be an advantage
- Strong interest in supporting the Middle East region, with flexibility to work Middle East business hours and travel as needed, and consider potential future relocation
