## About the role

Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior EX and Business Leaders in India, serving as their primary point of contact for People Analytics. Engage with business executives and EX leaders to understand their strategic priorities, surface the right analytical questions, and translate ambiguous asks into clear, actionable work.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR strategy, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years (required) in a people leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders with data and insights, including comfort presenting to and advising executive-level audiences
- Strong skill in translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans with defined scope and deliverables, and influencing partners who would be collaborating on this work
- Deep understanding of the HR landscape, workforce trends, and the challenges facing large organizations in India and globally
- Analytical proficiency sufficient to lead and review rigorous work, including demonstrated familiarity with statistical methods, quantitative analysis, and data storytelling
