- Shape the future of Giving: Work closely with Product to influence the roadmap based on merchant needs and market insights. Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements and commercial opportunities
- Build scalable ways of working: Improve internal processes, reporting and governance that enable Giving to scale efficiently as adoption continues to grow
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, commercial leadership, business development, sales or account management
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving measurable business growth and affinity with social impact, corporate philanthropy, sustainability or the nonprofit sector
- Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills in an ever changing environment
- Proven track record of building and scaling new initiatives and experience working cross-functionally across Product, Commercial, Marketing and Operations
