Consultative Value Creation: Educate PE Deal and Operating teams on how Adyen's single global platform directly improves Portco EBITDA, optimizes working capital, and accelerates international expansion.

- 8+ years of commercial experience in fintech, enterprise software sales, corporate development, or consulting,
- 4+ years of direct experience working within or selling to the Private Equity / Venture Capital sponsor ecosystem
- Payments Industry Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the payments value chain (merchant acquiring, gateway, card issuing, and embedded financial services)
- Established Network: A strong, existing Rolodex of relationships with Private Equity Operating Partners, portfolio managers, or mid-to-large-cap corporate decision-makers
- Expert Communicator: Highly polished presenter capable of building trust and driving strategic alignment with C-suite executives, PE Managing Directors, and portfolio board members
- Analytical Thinker: Comfort using financial models, data-driven frameworks, and EBITDA impact analyses to build compelling business cases for sponsors
