- You're an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English skills, a clear talent for storytelling, and experience designing internal events and moments from the narrative through to the room
- You thrive in fast-growing organizations: you drive projects end to end, manage a wide range of stakeholders with ease, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex topics
- You're curious, creative and data-driven, you use insights and metrics to inform decisions, and you're always looking for new ways to communicate, sharpen ideas, and test new things
