## What they're looking for

- Core Technical Program Management Mastery: 5–7 years of experience leading complex, high-stakes technical programs or platform migrations in global, cross-product environments (preferably Tech)
- Data Fluency: Functional understanding of modern data design patterns and infrastructure, including Data Mesh, Data Contracts, lineage tracking, and metadata cataloging
- Change Management & Communication: Strong ability to navigate across the organization, foster collaboration and alignment, and align product and engineering teams to adopt a "data as a product" mindset
- Systems Thinker: Excellent capability to look across individual products, synthesize dependencies, trade-offs and ensure all is managed from one centralized roadmap
- Metrics-Driven Operator: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of establishing standardized telemetry, RAID logs, and program dashboards to monitor execution velocity and operational efficiency
