## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for teams across hardware, software, and AI. This person will partner with leaders at Aeva to build a talent strategy around the most mission-critical hiring needs and execute those plans.

## What they're looking for

- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain
- Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever (Preferred)
