## What they're looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle growth role, with demonstrated strength in lead generation, experimentation, and closing
- Demonstrated success scaling revenue into the multi-eight-figure range
- Technically fluent, with experience setting up analytics (e.g. GA), building automated email systems, and managing advanced marketing workflows
- Experienced creating high-quality collateral in Canva, Figma, or equivalent, with a proven ability to write exceptionally well
