## About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated and resourceful Bank Head of FP&A to join us during a pivotal moment of growth. As Affirm Bank is currently in its formation phase, we are actively building out our foundational team. Reporting to the Bank CFO, the Bank Head of FP&A will be central to this effort, playing a key role in the formation and operational build-out of the Bank.

## What they're looking for

- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and lead the Bank strategic finance team, providing strategic direction, recruitment, and coaching as we establish the function
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and forecasting for the Bank
- Capital Strategy: Oversee capital stress testing and ongoing monitoring. Partner cross-functionally to validate inputs, pressure-test key drivers, and ensure outputs reflect current business dynamics
- Performance Management & Reporting: Monitor performance against forecasts, diagnose variances, identify root causes, and provide forward-looking insights to drive action
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Affirm, Inc. cross-functional teams to integrate financial workflows
