## About the role

You will lead and grow a well-balanced team of engineers – setting clear expectations, giving direct feedback, and developing each engineer toward their next level. You will own the team’s technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap, tying it to major experience initiatives that build customer trust and move Affirm’s business, including large-scale redesigns and structural improvements to the consumer journey.
