## About the role

We are looking for a collaborative Staff Technical Program Manager, Engineering Onboarding to build an AI-first onboarding experience that helps new engineers become confident, effective builders. You will create the technical learning, practical support, and community that enable engineers to understand Affirm’s systems, ship, and grow their impact. You will own the design and delivery of Engineering onboarding, creating a welcoming, technically credible experience for new engineers across North America and EMEA.
