## About the role

As Head of Growth, you will own one of the company's most important strategic assets: the supply side of our marketplace. The systems you build will directly determine our ability to serve customers, launch new products, enter new domains, and maintain our quality advantage.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in growth, recruiting, talent marketplace, operations, or related functions, direct experience building talent marketplaces, labor marketplaces, or expert networks is preferred
- Experience partnering deeply with engineering and product teams, high technical aptitude understanding
