## About the role

As one of our first talent coordinator hires, you’ll help build the coordination engine behind AfterQuery’s hiring process. You’ll work closely with the founders, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to make sure every interview process runs quickly, smoothly, and professionally. This is a high-ownership role for someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help scale a world-class talent function from the ground up. ## What they're looking for

- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, executive assistance, operations, or another highly organized coordination-heavy role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage many moving pieces at once without dropping details
- Comfort working with calendars, scheduling, spreadsheets, ATS systems, and recruiting tools
- High responsiveness and strong follow-through
