## What they're looking for

- Complete required Human Subjects and HR onboarding training (paid, completed prior to the first assessment window)
- Administer a standardized achievement assessment one-on-one with children ages 4–5 at participating early childhood education centers
- Attend required training sessions on assessment administration and scoring
- Travel to assigned early childhood education center(s) within your metropolitan area
- Participate in two intensive assessment windows:
- Baseline: September - October 2026
