- Demonstrated success owning quality outcomes for products, features, or business initiatives
- Strong expertise in test strategy, risk assessment, exploratory testing, and modern software delivery practices
- Familiarity with test automation and an understanding of how automation can complement manual and exploratory testing
- Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to leverage AI-assisted tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve quality outcomes and effectiveness
